Payment is due at the time of service. The inspection report and video will be sent before leaving the appointment.

| Exterior Drainage Inspection | $149 | 90-minute block. Roof access is not included. |
| Sewer + Drainage Bundle | $300 | 2-hour block. |
| HVAC Duct Camera Inspection | $250 | 2-hour block (where accessible). |
| Post-Inspection Consultation | FREE | For GroundTruth customers only. 30-minute increments. May be scheduled during inspection windows. |
| Branch Line Inspection (Attempt Only) | $200 | Branch line must have been hydro-jetted within the last 30 days. Some branch lines cannot be scoped. |
Access, Safety & Trip Fee Policy
Roof access is not included in any inspection service offered. If the sewer or drainage system cannot be accessed for any reason (including but not limited to obstacles/personal items, unsafe conditions, damage that prevents safe inspection, or a customer no-show/no-call after we arrive on-site), a $75 trip fee will apply.
