| Sewer Camera Inspection & Full Locate/Marking | $375 | Mainline only, typically all of the 3" and 4" lines will get marked out. (no branch lines – some exceptions apply). Note* Choose the STD Sewer Inspection for a basic locate mapping for $200. |
| Exterior Drainage Inspection | $149 | 2-hour block. Roof access is not included. |
| Std. Sewer + Drainage Bundle | $300 | 2-hour block. |
| HVAC Duct Camera Inspection | $250 | 2-hour block (inspection only where accessible). |
| Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) | $800 | 2-hour window. Public utilities must be marked prior to booking and visible at the time of service. $300/hour beyond 2 hours. |
| Utility Locates (Water, Sewer, Gas, Electric, Data) | $200 | Attempt to locate private utility services. (Water, Sewer, Gas, Electric and Data) Includes Sewer Inspection with video and report. Not all material types can be located with this service. Price: $200 (Includes Trip Fee). Typically copper and plastic (with tracer wire) can be located using this service. All other use GPR services found below. |
| Private Water Line Locate | $200 | 2-hour block. Attempt to locate galvanized or copper water service lines with sonde. Plastic cannot be located with this service unless there is a tracer wire. Use GPR below for this. |
| Post-Inspection Consultation | FREE | For GroundTruth customers only. 30-minute increments. May be scheduled during inspection windows. |
| Branch Line Inspection (Attempt Only) | $275 | Branch line must have been hydro-jetted within the last 30 days. Typically your 2" pipes i.e. Kitchen and Laundry. Some branch lines cannot be scoped. Contact us for availability. |
Access, Safety & Trip Fee Policy
Roof access is not included in any inspection service offered. If the sewer or drainage system cannot be accessed for any reason (including but not limited to obstacles/personal items, unsafe conditions, damage that prevents safe inspection, or a customer no-show/no-call after we arrive on-site), a $75 trip fee will apply.
